Fastpitch Softball
Dearborn Fastpitch is a recreational level Fastpitch organization. Our Dearborn-based teams range in age from 8U to 16U.
Our teams play in local established leagues and play against teams from the surrounding area.
Registration
Registration opens in January. Deadline to register is April 1.
FASTPITCH SEASON:
8U $160
10U-16U $220
Late registrations may be accepted with an additional $25 fee.
Fall Ball registration opens in July.
Games
Home games are in Dearborn, with away games in nearby neighboring communities.
Each team usually plays two games per week, the scheduled days of the week are not available until early May. Games usually start at 6 or 6:30PM.
The season begins the first week of May, and runs through mid-July. While most teams are finished by the end of June, there are occasions when there are playoffs that may lead into early July. No games are scheduled over the 4th of July holiday.
Practices
Dearborn Fastpitch usually starts practice in mid-April and the games usually start the last week of April or early May.
In-season practices will be scheduled by coaches and posted on the Crossbar mobile app schedule.
Teams
HOUSE LEAGUE
8U - ages 6-8 years old
10U - ages 8-10 years old
12U - ages 10-12 years old
14U - ages 12-14 years old
16U - ages 14-16 years old
(player's age as of April 30)
We expect to support one or two teams at each age level, subject to enrollment and coaching availability.
Dearborn Mustangs
Mustangs Fastpitch is a travel level softball which is an advanced, more competitive level of play. Mustangs Fastpitch has tryouts in late July / early August.
